Urban exposure: le più sorprendenti fotografie di architetture del mondo.

Da una cappella ondulata sul lungomare di Cape Town a una gigantesca palestra illuminata dalla luce in Cina … torna anche quest’anno l’appuntamento con gli Arcaid Images Architectural Photography Awards.

L’elenco include anche una foto del vertiginoso Messner Mountain Museum di Zaha Hadid in Italia, un’immagine raffigurante un faro al Burning Man festival nel deserto del Nevada, e una veduta di una cappella con un tetto ondulato vicino a Città del Capo.

La rosa dei candidati è stata selezionata da una giuria che ha incluso la curatrice della Royal Academy of Arts Kate Goodwin, i fondatori di Klein Dytham Architecture Mark Dytham e Astrid Klein, i fotografi Richard Bryant e Matt Emmett e il designer Andrew Chen.

Tutte le 20 immagini saranno esposte al World Architecture Festival di Berlino il mese prossimo, durante il quale verrà annunciato il vincitore. Una selezione delle opere selezionate sarà anche esposta in una mostra a Sto Werkstatt, Londra, nel 2018.
